Arrangement for Clearing and Settlement Services during Typhoons Signed No.8 or above is hoisted and Black Rainstorm Warming

1. Trading Arrangements during Typhoon Signed No.8 situation:

1.1 Mon to Fri

Hoisted	Lowered before	Trading and Clearing Arrangement
Anytime	Before 8 a.m	Trading will resume two hours following the discontinuation of the signal.
	Lowered after
	After 8a.m	Open at 2:00pm (afternoon session)
	After 12p.m	No trading for the day

1.2) If the Typhoon Signal No 8 or above is hoisted during trading hours, trading will be terminated 30 minutes after the hoisting.

1.3) Premium Fixing

A. If the Typhoon Signal No 8 or above is hoisted before the premium fixing, the premium thought to be determined within a reasonable time; otherwise, the premium of the immediate before trading day should be adopted and should be complied with all clearing procedures. For the settlement price, it must be confirmed punctually at 15 minutes later after the Typhoon Signal 8 or above is hoisted.

B. If the Typhoon Signal No 8 or above is hoisted at the time of premium fixing, the process of fixing should be suspended and the premium of the immediate before trading day shall be adopted.

C. If the Typhoon Signal 8 or above is hoisted after the premium fixing, the physical settlement may be delayed to the next business day.

D. If the market opens in the afternoon session, the premium of the immediate before trading day shall be adopted.

2.1 If the Black Rainstorm Warning is issued during the trading hours, market will remain as usual until further notice.

2.2 If the market opens at 2:00 p.m., the premium of the immediate before trading day shall be adopted.
